Kehinde Bankole 
(Born March 28) is an award winning actress, model, singer, TV host and entertainer, known for Dinner (2016), Two brides and a baby (2011) and October 1 (2014). She made her entertainment debut in the 2003 Miss Commonwealth Nigeria beauty contest, then proceeded to the 2004 Most Beautiful Girl in Nigeria pageant.Image may be NSFW.

Kehinde was born as the 4th child in a family of six.  Bankole studied at Tunwase Nursery and Primary School, Ikeja. She was admitted to study Mass Communication at Olabisi Onabanjo University but took a break to concentrate more on her modelling career in 2004. She has a twin sister, Taiwo who ironically started acting before Kehinde but is now into events management.Image may be NSFW.

Kehinde started out as a model before branching into acting. her first experience was when she auditioned as a contestant in Miss Commonwealth Nigeria pageant in 2003, although she did not win, she claimed the “exposure” was all she really wanted as she made the top 10. She also had a shot at Most Beautiful Girl in Nigeria but could not make the top five list. Bankole was chosen along with Sylvia Udeogu and Olaide Olaogun to become to new face of Lux in 2007 after their amazing roles in the Super Story drama: Everything It Takes. She also starred in other Wale Adenuga’s productions like Papa Ajasco and This Life. She has also starred in  a number of Nollywood movies like Two Brides and a Baby, The Meeting, Awakening and more recently, October 1.

She won the Revelation of the year award at the 2009 Best of Nollywood Awards.The game changer was when she won the highly coveted Best Actress Of The Year Award At The 2015 African Magic Viewer’s Choice Awards(AMVCA) for her role in Tunde Afolayan’s October 1 movie.
