Pearl Modiadie was born on 29th December 1987 in Tembisa, South Africa. She is a presenter, radio DJ, actress and producer best known for presenting the SABC 1 music talk show.

• In 2013, she made her debut on the e.tv soapie Scandal! as Kefilwe Malope, a feisty young girl with a track record of drug abuse and ulterior motives.
• In 2015 she was one of the 10 celebrity contestants on the eighth season of the reality competition series ‘Strictly Come Dancing’. She was partnered with professional dancer Grant Esterhuizen.
  

  Pearl Modiadie Boyfriend/ Fiancee

  She got engaged to her fiance in bling fashion when Buthelezi went down on his knee mid-air during a helicopter ride when on a holiday in Zambia. They later broke up and Modiadie gave back her engagement ring.

  Buthelezi was allegedly complaining that Modiadie did not have time for him and was depriving him of the privileges of their relationship.

  In February they mended their differences and Pearl confirmed that they were together and they are happy.
