An Ado Ekiti Magistrate Court has ordered for immediate arrest of Mr Tope Aluko who narrowly escaped arrest last weekend when officials of the Department of State Security Services (DSS) who stormed Channels Television studio.
Aluko, a former secretary of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Ekiti State on Sunday night appeared on Politics Today, a live TV programme on Channels Television where he elaborated how he helped in rigging Ekiti State governorship election in favour of the PDP governorship candidate, now Governor, Ayodele Fayose.
Mr Aluko who was sacked from the state University over his roles in Admission racketing, admitted to the court that the election was free and fair turning round to claim that he rigged the same election amounts to perjury.
The Department of State Security Services swing to action to arrest Aluko when they heard his confession on Channels Television.
