A Federal High Court in Abuja today denied the bail application filed by former Chief of Defence Staff, Alex Badeh. Badeh is being detained by the EFCC over allegations of diverting N3.9billion Nigeria Airforce Funds while he was in office. He was arrested by EFCC operatives on February 8th. Alex Badeh will be arraigned on March 7th, 2016.
